At Silver Fox Woods, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products, especially our end grain cutting boards. We are also human and know that If you properly care for your board—avoiding the dishwasher and ensuring it doesn’t soak in water— any crack, split, or break is on us. So, we offer a 5-year Board Care Guarantee. For the first five years, if your board needs refinishing or maintenance, simply ship it to us, and we will restore it to its original beauty, free of charge. 

We know the signs of dishwasher damage and can easily tell if your board hasn’t been properly cared for. Under no circumstances will we repair these products. Silver Fox Woods reserves the right to decline care at our discretion. Any attempt to abuse or misuse the care policy will result in declined maintenance on our end.

After five years, we’re still here to help! We’ll continue to offer refinishing and maintenance services for 50% off original retail price.
